  I had arranged an appointment to finance real estate so that Degussa Bank could send me an offer. Unfortunately, no one got in touch on the agreed date and there was no apology whatsoever when I later pointed out that I would now use other banks. Apparently there is no need for customers here.

  Very nice employees, but only accessible to BASF employees because it is on the factory premises.
