  Decathlon Magdeburg offers the C&C service. In itself a great service to support the local businesses. According to the website, the goods can be picked up within an hour. After more than two hours, I received the cancellation of the order without a reason. Great service. Thanks for nothing.

  The bike repair is a joke. Took over 2 weeks, then wasn't even ready to drive but cost over 100 €. In some cases, the agreed services were not provided. Now a few months later I have to have everything changed again by professional bicycle mechanics because nothing fits. Gear rim tightened too much, brake incorrectly attached (great in traffic ...) Even the light that should simply be screwed on would be so badly attached that it was loose again on the drive home. Just ridiculous. I'll never go there again.

  Unfortunately, even one star is already too much of a good thing when you consider the customer service and the motivation of the employee in the bicycle sector. we are currently on vacation and called on Monday because of a defect on our mountain bike. An appointment was made for today (Thursday) for inspection and repair if necessary. The employee even asked his colleague in our presence whether a replacement bottom bracket was available. Got up extra early today to bring the bike to the appointment. The arrogance with which the appointment was denied is really awesome. Simply inappropriate and not very customer-oriented. this should urgently be retrained.
