  I booked a room and got a confirmation, they then raised the price for over three times the amount, then cancelled my booking when I didn't accept. Great experience overall

  The rooms are modern and clean, functional and well lit, the location is great, just a across the street from the Brauhaus Riegele, my favorite brewery to date, a few hundred meters from the main train station for the city, in a rather nice building with gardens and parking. The breakfast is slightly underwhelming in its selection of food, other than that the hotel is very conveniently located comfortable and with modern furniture.

  A rather "different" kind of hotel as compared to the others. As I understood, a hospital, church and hotel are managed by the same group. Not really meant for tourists but they are also welcomed. A very peaceful and quite place. Rooms are new and modern. Even the single rooms are nicely designed to make best use of space. Double rooms are of course much spacious. Breakfast was good, staff very cooperative, and parking arrangements are good.

  The room was very nice and clean. The staff both at the reception and at the breakfast room was polite and helpful. I recommend it and if I would certainly come back again if I ever come to Augsburg again.

  Ideal location. Extremely relaxed stay. Very good breakfast
