::Got my tonsils removed and every staff member was lovely. Some were in the constantly-understaffed -stress-mode but still were kind to you if you were kind to them.

::Today was one of the worst day in my life here , I came in an ambulance because i couldn't walk on my feet from the pain , then they refused to prescribe me medicine, although everyone got a red paper prescription, and then i asked them politely to escort me to the taxi outside , and a lady nerse kept yelling at me get out of here you will walk to the exit on your feet , because she told me i spoke over the phone with my family for too long , , i just wanted to get a wheelchair to the taxi from all the pain that i had ,i felt humiliated, ignored , and discriminated , i lost faith in humanity .

::My first visit to Darmstadt Klinikum was in 2018, in the Emergency Waiting room and we waited for almost 14 hours. In 2023, the Clinic is more organized, with different interview areas. They have more staff to organize visits. Overall, the administration has improved. The Clinic was enlarged and it now very clean. People all over Germany come to this place for treatment.

::Kilinkum Hospital provided one of the worst experiences I've encountered. Enduring a 9-hour wait in the emergency room without a single check-in and facing disrespectful behavior was disheartening. This highlights the need for improvements in their service and patient care.

::We had our first baby here 3 weeks ago, overall it was not too bad and some of the Hebamme, doctors and nurses were nice and helpful. With a couple exceptions of rude and unfriendly staff, but this can happen anywhere. But we've been 5 days in the hospital and it was clear from the start, that they are terribly understaffed ! The worst was the delivery. That was very long and my wife was extremely tired and in pain after many hours. She asked many times for the epidural, but it never came, with the excuse of many emergencies (they likely just needed the bed, and epidural shows things down). So, maybe the director of the hospital should try to get a wisdom tooth removed without anesthesia... In the end, he/she will not die, it's just a bit of pain...
