  Very good location for leisure and business trips. Perfectly located next to public transport and national roads as well as Autobahn. If you come for ICM trade fair center, it's just 10 minutes by car/Uber. Host is very nice and communicates swiftly. Place is clean and quiet. Internet could be stronger.

  No hot water at 5am , very humid basement apartment, even woth fans and dehumidifier

  After a great 2 week stay in Alex's New York apartment, we think this is a super rental. Spacious, clean, all amenities advertised, clear instructions, helpful information and local map, quiet neighborhood with groceries and nearby pizza etc., fans in bedrooms. Alex is quick to respond and very friendly. A super stay. Gail and Stan Galbraith

  We had a great time in Munich, thanks to the centrally located and well appointed appartment. Alex' communication before, during and after the stay has been excellent, his directions very helpful. Bakery, butcher shop, groceries, laundromat are all a short walking distance away. Buses and U-Bahn as well. For the first two days we had a car and were concerned about parking our car, but always found a free spot around the corner. Again, Alex' tips were very valuable.
