  Disinterested, unprofessional, incompetent and constantly babbling hairdresser. The customer did what she thought was beautiful. End of the story: At the end of the visit, a short hair specialist in Magdeburg was necessary. He called the haircut "eroded"! Never again!

  Friendly staff, but sometimes the professional finishing touches are missing. Short-term appointments are usually not a problem, but some colleagues lack the necessary sense of duty towards customer service.

  I'm totally thrilled, had called yesterday and already this morning an appointment for Balayage! Very friendly and competent hairdresser, the entire 4 1/2 hours motivated with my hair was busy. Top price-performance !!! Generally very fresh and nice team. Until next time.
