::Very cold in the room. It's impossible to turn off an AC. It blows 24/7 cold air. You can not even change it into a warm air to blow. Hotel staff offered only some ventilator to land me for to warm up a room (which makes motor and air blowing noise and it takes few days to warm up room/room walls). No, thanks. You better make a normal, humanly air temperature in the rooms as it is 24°C to 25°C

::Most comfortable bed ive slept in, in a really long time, did not want to get out! Great breakfast buffet too and very clean with lots of staff clearing and restocking. Thank you

::Wonderful staff. They immediately find ways to make your request. In my first night, the heater didn't work. I called it in, and it was fixed 30mins later. They also have delicious and generous servings of breakfast buffet! And if you know whom to approach, you can actually request for the off the menu/display hot chocolate milk of the restaurant. For amenities, they are just between 5-10mins walk away. Bus stop, laundry, store, clinic, and lots of restaurants to choose from! Hamburg, in general, is one beautiful city and with beautiful people. :)

::Stayed in the hotel for a long weekend as part of a city trip with two couples. The staff is really nice, the entrance hall and rooms are very clean. Room could be a bit bigger. Ensuite is perfect. The breakfast was delicious, great variety on hot and cold dishes and tables were cleaned regularly. The next train station (Uhlandstr.) is only a 6min walk away and very convenient to get into the city centre. Would definitely stay again here.

::Nice hotel with a good location if you don't mind walking. It takes under 20mins to get the the hauptbahnhof. The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was great and kept me going all day. We would like to mention Julia who was working in the breakfast buffet. She was so friendly and happy - a credit to the hotel. Would stay here again if visiting Hamburg.
