  I did have bad experience in this consulate as I am living in Germany over a decade. But they improved it a lot. Specially after much of process went online. The problem or those reviews with 1 star are those who may have genuine problem but mostly are those who do not have complete documents or do not want to listen. It can be that the officer dealing your case is a bit rude but not always and his rudeness can be a reason to the persons who may just had their turn. Majority I have seen are those without complete documents, even it is listed online. Those who can't understand can call them "within" call times. Not at embassy general times. It is a general habit of few of Pakistanis that they act as lords when they get into Pakistani premises. Be it Pakistani embassy or flying to Pakistan, directly or via other countries or even in Pakistan. When they visit a foreign embassy or offices they act as same as written on the visiting instructions or even become numb when they officer in those offices tell them why and what can not be done and has to bring further documents. Neither I know any official in Consulte nor I am from any ruling party. Also I don't work there or have any contacts in Consulte. It's better to complain only when your documents are complete and you are following their office times.

  Sehr schlechter Konsulat sehr schlechte Kommunikation da ich sehr viel Reise habe ich so meine Erfahrungen mit Konsulaten und Visums und der pakistanische Konsulat ist einer der schlechtesten den ich je gesehen habe alleine von der Bearbeitung von den Regeln die Sachbearbeiter alles einfach nur schlecht. Die Menschen die im pakistanischen Konsulat arbeiten denken die wären was besseres.

  Excellent, extremely professional,well mannerd ,cooperative,and friendly staff and also very quick service . Highly appreciated. The people who gave negative feedback they are just lieing. With complete documents i just finished my passport application in 15 minutes. Five star recommendations for quality and performance. Thanks

  Sehr unverschämt und arrogant. Man sollte zumindest so viel Anstand haben, die Fragen der Menschen, die zu euch kommen und euch um Hilfe bitten, freundlich zu beantworten und ihnen zu helfen. Da sind die Dokumente mal nicht entsprechend sortiert, fühlt man sich plötzlich so, als hätte man einen Mord begangen. Diese Leute sollten sich für Ihr Verhalten schämen. Denken wohl die wären die größten hier.
