  The ATM at this branch malfunctioned, which seems to be a common occurrence, while my card was in the machine. I went into the bank and they told me to go wait by the ATM machine. After an hour and a half I went back to the desk, but everyone except one last had gone home. As she walked out she just told me "tough, it's not my problem." And walked off. I called security they said to check back in the morning. When I went back in the morning they said there was no card. I have to get a new card from my back in America. They were incredibly unprofessional and mean, for a malfunction in their system. I cannot recommend this branch. I do not know if it is a reflection of the entire commerzbank system. Maybe they just don't like foreigners, or people who are not yet fluent in German, but they were incredibly unprofessional.
