::Per: - The employees are almost without exception very friendly, helpful and motivated. - The food is fresh and varied. - It's very clean. - The WiFi is free. Cons: - The building (built in 1971) exudes the charm of the seventies. The public toilets are particularly scary. - The rooms are ok. but very noisy. You understand every word that is spoken in the hallway and you can also hear the TV in your neighbor's room. This reduces the quality of sleep. - The leisure activities on offer are very poor. Buses no longer run in the evenings, so people with limited mobility are left stranded. A rehabilitation clinic depends on the quality of the doctors, therapists and nursing staff. Since some professional groups are paid below average, I wonder whether the level can be maintained.

::Actually I should write two reviews. 5 stars for therapists and service staff in the dining room. 1 star for everything around it. Makes an average of 3 stars. My impressions are mixed. The service staff is top with a school grade of 1-2. Grade 1 for the therapists, they do a great job, very competent, always friendly and always helpful. These are the positive impressions that stick. That's it for the positives. The rooms are small, uncomfortable with furnishings and bathrooms that are out of date. Cleaning service is just average plus towels that are 8 years old and feel thinner than paper towels. Care and administration also just average. The food at lunchtime was good, the morning and evening were boring and unimaginative and if you arrive 30 minutes before the end of the meal time you will find an empty buffet. This is absolutely disappointing. The entire house (built in 1971) shows its age. Huge renovation backlog of around 20 years. Conclusion: Great staff, house with everything around it is a flop.

::I spent 5 weeks in psychosomatic rehabilitation in this clinic. It's a wonderful clinic. The entire staff was very nice. The food was very varied and tasted very good. The rooms very well equipped and very clean. Thank you for the wonderful time. I will come back.

::Hello, I was in the clinic for five weeks. I liked it and it helped me a lot in my recovery. The entire staff, from the cleaning specialist to the senior doctor, were great. Everyone is helpful and attentive. The food is great! A big plus is the swimming pool, sports hall, bowling alley, billiards, etc. The great forest right behind the house and the city center five minutes away round off the stay perfectly. I can highly recommend the clinic and Bad Wildungen. Thank you very much Christine Wacker

::I was there for a total of 5 weeks in June and July 2022 as part of my rehab. My room was large enough, properly furnished and in a well-kept condition. The cleaning staff work excellently and are very friendly and attentive. The food also deserves 5 stars. It is always tasty, fresh and plentiful. The kitchen works great and the service staff, especially the service manager, are very friendly and accommodating. The therapeutic measures are very well chosen. The physios and trainers do a great job and are motivating and creative. The doctors and nurses provide great advice and support to the patients. Overall, we can definitely recommend this place because many of the employees here put their hearts into it.
