  Good advice, choice and customization, very nice staff. It took 10 days to make the glasses. The shop is air-conditioned. Everything is fine.

  When looking for a reader, optician Scharnbeck was recommended to me. He advised me very well when applying to my health insurer for costs. He helped me to collect all the points to improve and facilitate my quality of life and thus the necessity of the device for my very restricted everyday life. I received a confirmation of this just a few weeks after applying! Mr. Scharnbeck brought the device after work and explained with a lot of patience the functionality and handling. I am very satisfied and feel well advised.

  My wife and I have been satisfied customers with this optician for many years. All employees respond to the concerns and provide expert advice. Because of a serious eye problem, which was initially not discovered by the treating ophthalmologist, I am grateful that an employee of this optician quickly discovered the problem.
