::Small but nice toy shop in the heart of Beverungen. Stefan and the staff are always really hard working. Anything not in stock will be ordered. Gifts can be gift wrapped free of charge upon request. And I would also like to mention because I didn't know it until last week - there are even a few small electrical appliances (waffle irons, etc.) in the household goods department on the 1st floor.

::In terms of goods, you get a lot here. I wanted to buy a puzzle here. At the checkout, the employees “turned on” each other and rolled their eyes. I couldn't pay with my Visa card, so I said I'd go to the Volksbank next door and withdraw money. The cashier then just rolled her eyes. When I stood there again, what felt like two minutes later, the card machine was held out to me. And I said that Visa wouldn't work and I would like to pay in cash. A disaster it seems... I'll save the rest... Employees should receive further training in customer friendliness and technical know-how.

::We were in the store with our son to buy a school backpack. Very warm welcome and advice from the saleswoman. She took full care of the child. We felt very comfortable and also bought the knapsack. (In my opinion, the prices are reasonable and in no way too high. This is a stationary trade.) We are happy to give full marks for the friendliness in the store, from the moment you enter the shop to the advice and the checkout process. We will recommend you.
