::I visited the hotel for business and was offered two student bed after booking and asked for change but didn't get instead the receptionist mentioned it will be cancelled without refunds.. The receptionist was really untrue fly and arrogant and I do not recommend such a hotel.. It is totally out of bound for me and I will also beg anyone not to waste their pleasurable or business time booking the hotel

::Super location just a few meters from the Weser EMS Halle - perfect for those attending any event held there. Interior was dated but there were lovely upgrades (rainforest shower head, coffee/capucino machine in breakfast area) that added modern comforts. Cleanliness and attention to detail were top notch, super friendly and professional Staff. Onsite parking was a definate bonus just a few meters from the front door. I really enjoyed my short stay and would highly reccomend this hotel!

::I arrived at 23:30h after a long day at CCH. Unfortunately there was no more option to buy food, which is understandable at this hour. But firstly I had to pay more than it was in my company's booking. Additionally I pad breakfast which I could not use as I was leaving at 6:15 in the morning and the kitchen opened at 6:30h. Once requested to take out the breakfast at least out of the bill, the reception said its not doable anymore. Which I doubt, but it was late and i was quite tired. As I entered the room I found 2 small single beds instead of a casual one. As I was already hungry and paying for breakfast which I could not join, I went down to ask why I have 2 single beds and if I could get a big one instead, the reception said its not possible. Ps: once entered the hotel, the receptionist asked me what I want. I thought its obvious, that I want to get a place to sleep. I do not recommend this hotel as unfortunately my impression of the kindness and helpfulness from this employee was really on a poor level.

::The hotel is fantastic! Lovely, homely rooms, amazing breakfast, nice staff and welnness centre. Not sure why there any negative to average reviews on here. I give it a big 5 stars!

::Great location. The staff was kind and friendly. The rooms are okay. Big plus was that you have to ask for a morning robe, to was unnecessarily washing. Thinking environmental 👍 The food taste great, the portions are on the smaller size.
