  The branch manager took a lot of time. It was noticeably important to him that the wedding rings fit / liked us perfectly and "last a lifetime" as possible. Thank you for the very exemplary customer service.

  I wanted to have the battery changed on my watch. Apparently that didn't work right away. The unfriendly lady said I have to give her a little time. So today that was no longer possible. In the neighboring shop at Mr.Minit's, changing the battery took less than two minutes. And by the way, he was also extremely friendly. That's service. There was no sign of this in Christ. One star is still too many.
