::Last September I took my ring to be resized and was told it would take two weeks. After 2 weeks I arrived at the shop they told me it wasn't ready and may take 2 further weeks or longer. Finally they agreed to finish it in a week, in time for me to leave Germany and take the ring with me. They told me it was complicated and the centre stone had to be removed. They did not place it back in properly, it was moving constantly in the casement and eventually chipped and fell out. I have contacted them twice for a refund and had no response. Bad service, would not recommend.
