  Ich war schon öfter hier und wurde jedesmal freundlich bedient. Beim Wechseln der Batterie war meine Uhr danach poliert. Gibt einen Pluspunkt. Auffällig ist außerdem, dass man auch freundlich und umfassend beraten wird, wenn man keine ultrateueren Sachen kauft. Das ist in München wirklich nicht selbstverständlich.

  Horrible! After 4 weeks of waiting I received an email that my ring was ready. When I got there the ring was there but was not fixed at all. The Indian girl that is working there could not tell me why it was not fixed and did not take any effort to figure out why it wasnt. She couldn't care less. When I told her that she had to call the goldsmith she did eventually, which was not much of a help either. Then she promised me that Christ will call the next day to clarify the matter, which has not been done. 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for a call.

  Very pushy staff. Had to tell them to back off a few times so that I could look at the watches and jewelry properly.
