  Waiting time is horribly long !!! Also.. if this is the case, then please make the parking time also adjusted ... We have been waiting for 3 hours ... And the parking time is too short.... Should I leave my kid alone here so I can move my car? If I leave then I lose the order to see the doctors and spend even more time here... Is a race where no one wins...

  I mean I get its just a job for some but no eye contact. A total I don't care attitude from the staff. I felt like I was an annoyance for having stood in the line and registered a sick kid. I do speak german fluently so language was not a barrier. I get we all have bad days... when our kids are sick it is a bad day for us. But I wouldn't bother coming here again if you have the ability to choose drive the extra 15 minutes to go somewhere else.

  Staff there is OK but but you have tou wait there 5-6 hours for nothing,,, yes for nothing... Last time I was there with my son and after 5 hours she said if you can't wait you are free you can go home...

  From 7 until 11... I don't understand how a children's hospital in the region capital has no doctors in the emergency service. The helping staff was not competent too...
