::I have been an enthusiastic patient for several years and would like to see Dr. Groismann and the entire team can no longer be missed. From Bimax surgery to the implant and PZR (I always have the best time of my life here!), everything went perfectly! All employees are careful, sensitive and ideal for me as an anxious patient. All needs and questions are addressed and responded to accordingly. The reception is always friendly and warm. 5 stars aren't enough here :-)

::I really can't say anything positive about the practice. From the unfriendliness at reception to the “medical treatment” it was pure impudence. - If there are no x-rays, just sit around stupidly. Than inform the patient that they can request this. In order to then be able to advise. So much for saving time and working effectively. - my wound/the tooth itself wasn't even looked at closely. It was better to poke around the spot briefly. - Instead of the “doctor” the ZFA kept interfering. - Absolutely no concerns about finding a quick appointment due to infection or abscess risk. Instead, it's better to shrug your shoulders. The final point in this practice is to focus on money rather than treatment. €350 for general anesthesia?! + additionally a required report etc. In other practical experiences, costs were simpler and covered at half the price. On what basis is the work being done here?! The practice just wants the cash register to ring quickly and at the expense of the patient.

::Simply a bad place! My honest feedback on them: 1-They charge you more than what is needed actually. 2- They gave me an cost estimation for professional cleaning and whitening separately, when we finished they refused to split the cost in the invoice and just gave a 400 Euro invoice for the whitening! Because of their unprofessional behavior I could not use the invoice for a refund from insurance! So I had to pay by myself! 3- their quality of work is just bad too! 4- As soon as you pay you are not their customer anymore and they treat you super badly! I would honestly recommend you to stay away from them!
