  By far the worst hospital I have ever been to! I took a taxi for €80 to get to another hospital in Cologne. Overloaded and very unfriendly. The emergency room was a complete disaster. Only the gentleman at the reception was humanly correct, the rest was bottomless!

  I would prefer to give this hospital no stars, but unfortunately you have to give at least one. I was brought in at night with the RTW and had a thick hand and pain. I was discharged at about 2 a.m. and got no results, NOTHING. I, alone, 18 years old, no cell phone, where I live in Cologne, was simply released. I was NOT allowed to call relatives from a telephone on site. 2 days later, still in unbelievable pain, we went back to the hospital in Cologne, what happened? Wrist broken ! This hospital is a complete disgrace and the doctor is incredibly unfriendly. Doesn't work at all.

  Went to the hospital with a low pulse and chest pressure. Was treated and looked after very well from the first to the last day. Although many were skeptical, I stayed there until I was transferred to another hospital. All necessary examinations were carried out so that other hospitals could work with the examination results.

  I was sent away by the receptionist today with pressure on my chest. The lady was totally unfriendly. And didn't even want to register. She said I should go home or wait at least 10 hours. People in front of me were also brushed off by saying it would take 10 hours to get their turn. At the next hospital I was diagnosed with a heart attack. If I had gone home or waited there for 10 hours I would be dead.
