::Unfortunately only 3 out of 5 stars: The treatment by the doctors and the specialist staff on site is great, even if you have to go to an acute consultation, you will be helped quickly. However, I have the feeling that the whole anteroom support is more than chaotic. It is not the first time that I have made appointments that have been put on other dates or have now been canceled in a new case - without any information for me. I made an appointment for tomorrow in June and wanted to know one more thing today and find out that there is no appointment in the system, although I received a confirmation from the system when I entered it. The employee didn't know anything and couldn't help me. In addition, several appointments for dental prophylaxis have already been canceled - even at short notice - and "alternative appointments" are only offered well afterwards. It's a shame, especially if you work full-time and take extra time off for such appointments. In addition, I changed dentists three times in my first year as a patient, and one again a year ago. It would be nice if you can expect continuity as a patient. As I said medically top, but organizationally a flop. UPDATE: After my evaluation, the management contacted me immediately and apologized. I was told that such organizational problems should not arise and that they are being worked on. I then received a discount on a treatment as compensation. I hope that everything works better now and that my feedback is actually handled internally. Otherwise I like to be a patient there. :-)

::I have been a patient in this dental practice for almost 5 years. Although I have to drive a few kilometers to the practice every time, I haven't regretted registering at the ZZB at the time. Very nice friendly team of nurses and dentists. So far I've been given very good advice. Got enough time to decide and then what treatment I would like. No long wait. It's just a shame that there isn't enough parking space there.

::Do not have any issue with doctors there, good professional care, but assistants sometimes weird: - trying to minimize appointments sacrificing quality - have no flexibility and customer understanding. Example: the person had to take public transport through whole city having problem with leg. She was late less for 10 minutes, but they sacrificed this appointment.
