::Service bis jetzt sehr gut. Leider ist bei der letzten Inspektion unseres Smart 4 Four keinem aufgefallen das der TÜV fällig war, trotzdem er schon ein paar mal in der Werkstatt war. Das sollte eigentlich nicht passieren.

::Bei meinem KFZ-Neukauf alles bestens. Die Händlerin, die meinen Auftrag betreut hat, wusste alles, was ich wissen wollte, sofort - ohne "Nachschlagen oder Nachfragen". Die Kommunikation lief immer umgehend und sehr freundlich. Die Auslieferung war - auch wenn ich mir einige Spezifikationen am KFZ gewünscht hatte - pünktlich. Vielen lieben Dank an Frau B.

::The worst dealer that I have ever been in. One day before very long trip I went to the service at CCC Bonn to check the cause of the oil drops under the car. Some guy took the car, check the filter and the screw (at least this is what he said) and told me that that is old oil from last service and I can drive. The next day after nearly 500km under the car there was a rain of oil! I added 4 liters of oil just to get to some other garage and they said it was an oil filter. They replace it and it was all fine, but because of the bad work at CCC Bonn I could kill my engine! I have asked them to return at least the cost of the oil that I had to buy, but that is too much for them and till now no aswer. AVOID AT ANY COST! UPDATE AFTER Mr Kotthoff response : I will answer your response point by point: 1) It was not any workshop, but Mazda dealership just like yours. 2) I came to your workshop, because I had oil LEAK under the car. 3) I do not know if you create an order or not, BUT one of the workshop workers took the car to the garage for a check, after 15 minutes the car was returned. 4) Your quote is not 100% correct it was "It looks like an old oil from the change, I do not see any leaks" then I asked if he is sure, because I have seen oil drops on the oil filter (even took a pictures of it on my phone), and I need to drive 1000km tomorrow" the answer was again that he couldn't find anything and all sems to be fine, but I can check that in the workshop where I have changed the oil. I question myself for what? You probably know your product as much as any other mazda dealership, right? 5) I appreciate not charging me a cent, that is true, but I also asked how much I owe for the check, but the answer was "it's ok". 6) It is not true that the car was not in your workshop, it was on that day in your garage, the worker told me even that he wipped out the drops to look for any leaks. 7) Claim of 100EUR was just for the oil that I need to put in the engine after half of my trip during the weekend (with something like 10 pictures to prove the situation). It was not for bad oil change which you are constatly keeping back to, but for the carelessness while checking oil leak. I did choose your workshop only because it was closest to my home and I thought it will be the best to visit mazda dealship (it was so important to me). I would not say a word if you would not take my car for the check, but your workshop DID take it and returned it shortly after. I still hold my opinion and wish you Sir better customers in the future.
