::The food was really good but the service was terrible. We waited over 30 minutes until the first waiter came to get our order and then when we wanted to pay we waited another 40 minutes until we went to the front to pay. Then they also overcharged us with extras we didn't have.

::The food was generally tasty and of good quality. Especially the drinks were very good and I highly recommend the Himbeer-Granatapfel-Eistee. But the service was a bit bad, especially when you want to pay, you have to wait a bit(10-30 min.). This can really be a bit annoying.

::The food was ok. The scrambled eggs from the brunch buffet was quite burnt. And some of the bakewares were a bit hard. I would also recommend to put up more labels on the buffet. At least I didn’t see any for the dessert (for example)… I’m still not 100% sure what exactly some of the desserts were.
