::Very cozy and original decor, attentive and friendly service, good cake. Everything you need to feel good is there. Also an interesting shop. We recommend. (But you can't immediately tell from the outside.)

::Delicious cake and hot coffee - tastefully decorated café! Lots of different seating outside - it's so beautiful here - we'll be back!

::We were welcomed very friendly. Great team! The café is a beautiful little oasis. There are very interesting cakes, but I haven't tried them. There was savory cake which I really recommend😋 You also get rolls with homemade spread, which I really like because I don't belong to the sweet group. The 5th star is for the cold beer 🤗 It's worth a visit; readings also take place there from time to time.

::The bad first: There is no supermarket or anything like that in the village. And that's it, everything else is wonderful: they even went shopping for me, rescheduling for another day and then arriving late were OK, everything is cleaner than in most hotels, there was a whole holiday apartment for €75 and so on. The first impression was deceptive, it is an old house, but well maintained. Unfortunately I didn't have much time, otherwise I would have liked to take a closer look at the large garden and the actual café, it looked very nice at first glance.

::2nd visit in Café Brennnessel, Veltheim, Germany. And as expected, they did not dissapoint. ( Not that they ever could, even that my family did not expect the 19€ price tag. Which is absolutely justified.) This time we went in for breakfast buffet. The 'lounges' , these roomy extraordinarily furnitured, homy peaceful rooms invite you to just relax, be and have your cuppa joe or tea. Homemade breads, spreads and other delicacies.... organic or at least natural. They have gluten free bread!!! The service is phenomenal. You notice this is a labour of love. While there, go out into the garden and simply ' verweile' there. It's vacation for the soul. So, once again, if/when you are in the area, treat yourself to Brennnessel.
