  Everything was great from start to finish. We wanted to buy the tickets online, which was not possible due to the Welcome Card. So we asked by email, got on a Sunday evening !! an answer and a place reservation. The ticket purchase, the trip, the service on board, the information ... everything was right! Top service. For those who are still thinking about booking, book the East Side Tour - it's worth it!

  We took BWSG boat tour and it was a nightmare, there was a drunk football team inside the boat making so much noise that we couldn't hear the audio guide. On top of that as it started raining they set the cover that happened to not be designed to let you see through so we were enclosed in the freaking boat without hearing or seeing anything. When we ask to please get out they told us it wasn't possible but that we will get reimbursed our money. After several complaining emails 4€ back each from the 60€ that we paid. The treatment has been a shame, I strongly recommend to try any other company for the Spree tour. Regards Carmen Marín
