  Nice park and nice restaurants ("Emma am See" and "Meierei"). And there is also a small zoo, for free...

  This is quite a nice park. In the winter the trail is sort of muddy, but the scenery is beautiful. The restaurants in the park are very pricey.

  So big park in Bremen. It feels like you are somewhere in countryside, not in the city. Nice place to have your morning run.

  The Bürgerpark is one of Germany’s best-maintained country parks. Together with the adjacent woodland, it covers an area of 202 hectares. The beginnings of Bremen's 'green lungs' can be found right behind the exhibition centre close to the main train station. Bremen Bürgerpark and the neighbouring municipal forest are perfect for an outing at any time of year.

  Nice State Park in the middle of the city. Good for picnics in the summer-time. Lots of playgrounds and a small Zoo (free of charge).
