  First time in Germany I actually came across good service. They spoke English ! I came without an appointment and they gave me one in 20 min and all the papers I needed to fill in. Helped me to fill in missing fields and gave everything I needed straight away.

  I would say my patience was run out. You can go there directly without a termin but you have to wait for a long time. The staff here is very helpful.
