::Were there today to eat at the associated Burgerpoint. I have to say honestly, this bad service first has to undercut someone. We were there on a Saturday, accordingly many customers at the bowling and a moderate number of visitors to the burger point. The drinks including the menu we got relatively quickly. Then when we wanted to order the food, then suddenly no one came, it certainly passed 20 minutes, until I personally had to ask again. We waited for the food for a very long time. We sat down because we were sitting at the door and it was too cold there. This repositioning was communicated to the operator. Of course, that was not communicated enough, we had to run after our food. We waited for about a good hour on our burger, measured with entering the restaurant, elsewhere you are often already done with the food. The burger with side dish tasted quite good, not outstanding, but was suitable for consumption. However, he was only moderately warm. We also wanted to pay fairly timely, with a scheduled waiting time we ordered the waitress, while we were eating, to us. She said she only takes away the tray and would be with us. But as expected, that was too much information for the waitress. She had forgotten it immediately. We watched her briefly, then, when she was serving more tables, we got dressed and almost waited for them at the exit to remind them again of our bill. Of course she forgot us again. You can forget something, but then you can stand by it. We were forgotten twice and there was no excuse, that's sad. Of course, there was no tip for this sad service. Maybe things will be better during the week, but today's Saturday was really badly coordinated and the guests are suffering.

::First of all, there is only one star, because you have to give a star to be able to write something. Were today only to eat burger there. The service is more than just underground. Although we had reserved a table, we sat right outside the door and were thus exposed to an icy draft all the time. And that although enough other / better tables would have been free. There we sat for an eternity until even an operator the muse found us to ask us if we would like to order something. Instead of an apology, there was only one "Oh, I forgot you". We then had to wait almost an hour for the food to be served a lukewarm burger, which was not outstanding for the price. Due to the change of table, we had to run after our meal, even though the service had assured us that she would take care of it. When paying, there was again the drama with the service. After several requests to pay, we were allowed to run after the end of the service again to get rid of our money. If we had just left, nobody would have noticed. Again, there was no excuse or the demand, if the food tasted. To make matters worse, she has also called us a wrong / too expensive price. I strongly recommend this operator to change jobs as she has really done nothing with her very simple / dumb tasks. All in all, one can say that one could do much more out of the whole, but the incompetent conditions screw it up. There will definitely be no second visit.
