  This place is fantastic, stuff is so friendly and they always gonna be polite! You can find everything from watches to jewelry!

  I just called this store because I am looking for a specific Tag Heuer watch. My German is very basic but the level of customer service I found it was incredible! All I can say is that a lady replied and she said unfortunately she was not able to speak in English, but I could wait or be called back from a colleague that was busy with a customer. I said "I try in German", she was so patient, kind, competent. Now I am very sorry they don't have that particular watch but, next time I will look for jewelry in Berlin, I will for sure go in this store!

  Hugely-disappointing experience. Looked me up and down with suspicion and disdain before finally deigning to open the door. Very curt, unfriendly, and unwelcoming to a serious buyer of an expensive watch. Definitely not recommended.

  Nice boutique and top service. I only had a few hours in Berlin before a flight to buy a watch and the model I had in mind wasn't immediately available. The staff offered to order it for me but I had no time. Sabine, the saleswoman was very courteous, knowledgeable about brands and products and actually helpful in helping me choose. I ended up buying a nicer, higher-end brand/piece than my initial pick and I'm very happy with my purchase. The shop itself is well situated and has a nice decor, comfortable seating, pristine customer bathrooms and even their espresso was good! Shop around the net if your priority is the lowest possible price, but if you want the whole experience and relatively decent value, I was extremely satisfied with this dealer.
