  Dear Sirs , I was at your branch at 4 p.m. yesterday. Unfortunately, I was totally disappointed. Bread assortment was okay, bread assortment could be increased, but in the fine bakery area it was a disaster, there were 3 Berliners in the counter, a few pieces of apples with a cover and then it almost stopped. The rose buns, a figurehead of yours, were simply not salable, small and colorless, no dough development. The pretzels you bought left the oven at 10 a.m., so fresh ones look different. I had to buy my pastry products from a competitor, KUTZER branch ...

  Good products, mediocre service. The decor or atmosphere in the cafe seems a bit cool and is not really inviting. There is still some development potential.

  Very good bread - nice selection - however the shop assistants are often very stressed - minimalist friendliness in the café!

  Very nice staff and really good coffee unfortunately it's not in Werdau if I need what I'm only going there 😎
