  The worst institute to apply visa. No reason, why they should hold the passport for the visa processing and keep the person blocked in germany. It would have been better to return my passport rather than processing visa. I dont think i will ever apply for uk visa again from this stupid institute.

  Unglaublich, schrecklich! Wenn man rein kommt, bekommt man nur eine Antwort: alle Infos sind auf der Homepage. Nach einer von mir per E-mail gestellten Frage, bekomme ich einen Link für eine Institution mit der das Counsil arbeitet. Um dort eine Frage zu stellen, oder anzurufen musst du zahlen! Ist OK, dachte ich, und habe rund 5,50£ gezahlt... Jetzt ratet mal, ob ich eine Abtwort bekommen habe....

  Worst institution I've ever seen, they are slower than a turtle. And there is nearly no way to talk with them. Everytime you ask them anything you are only getting a bot mail that every question which is "answered" in the website will be ignored. I read everything and didnt find the solution for my problem and my email got ignored.

  Never give them your passport ! They do not say it but it will take about 5 weeks before you could even hope to get it back ! (3 weeks to "evaluate your case" and another 2 weeks to send your passport back ! ) Trust me it happened to a friend of mine who just wanted to go there for a week and he's been blocked in Germany for 5 weeks with no chance to get his passport back ! Even in case of emergency they would never give it back to you ! I'm not sure what the brits do with these passport but this is totally unacceptable !
