::2 years ago: The warehouse order during my vacation was not fulfilled. I came back and my mail was in the mailbox. The mail was postmarked by the Straubing letter center. I got the €9.90 back due to PayPal buyer protection. Today was actually supposed to be the delivery of the collected mail! It is not clear to me whether any letters were actually stored and are still being held there somewhere. 2024 Addendum: I wanted to give the warehouse order another chance. This time mail was retained but not delivered because the stored mail cannot be located. I have now received the €13.90 back due to buyer protection. I will never book the storage service again.

::Losing 2 different packages within 1 week and supposedly delivering them is something you have to deal with first. I'm so angry that I want to go there in person to ask for my stupid packages.

::Catastrophic conditions. A registered letter was demonstrably lost in the Straubing letter center. Investigation order dismissed with a standard rejection that they don't pay anything. Then I sent my documents and invoices for the contents via the complaint page. Nobody reports anymore. Really the last thing. But the main thing is to pay a lot of postage and receive the packages at 6 in the evening instead of in the morning as usual.

::I send a package and pay the most expensive insurance to be sure it would arrive. Never arrived! ... I complete and send all the necessary information for them to look for my package and in case they did not find it they would make the corresponding money back ... more than 6 weeks have passed and I still have not received any response from them! Terrible attention service!
