  It's always nice to stop by here, good Franconian cuisine - good and honest portions without "Schicki-Micki". In summer you can sit outside in the romantic Johannisgasse. Franconian rustic interior. The service is quick and the food is served without long waiting times.

  Well what can I say, when you are in Coburg you should definitely take a look at the bratwurst blocks. The homemade potato salad is great (without mayonnaise). 😉 The owner apparently serves himself. He always has a quick quote in store. Portions are really big and inexpensive. Most dishes range between 7.99 and 13.99 euros (as of summer 2021). All dishes are hearty, if you want to lose weight, you shouldn't stop here. One more thing should be mentioned, the house beer is great

  One star is still too many. The male waitress was extremely rude and made us leave the place. When we left we were even bullied.

  Mashroom soup was bad for my taste but liver with ognions and purée was really good and portion was big. Fair price.

  Excellent food nice waiters. And the landlord Norbert is one of a kind
