::It was my first time in this practice. I came to her without an appointment and with a minor emergency. It didn't take 10 minutes before everything was looked at straight away. I was helped for a long time. Everything was explained to me very well. I also received further help immediately, as the small emergency is a major emergency. Thank you again for your expertise, knowledge and kindness. Both Doctor Bochert and the team were super friendly. I can't quite understand some of the receptions here.

::Very good and highly competent dentist. My long-time dentist would most likely have pulled my front tooth, but Ms. Borchert saved it with a veneer. Thank you again for this!!! Don't understand the negative reviews from foreign snivelling men. A dentist is not a beauty or barber shop.

::I don't understand the negative reviews. As an anxious patient, I always feel that I am taken seriously and that I am treated very well. In addition, the most modern techniques are used, which have saved me a lot of suffering. E.g. intraoral scanner, painless teeth cleaning. I have always been informed about additional payments before the treatment! 👍

::No communication and uninterested. I was not informed about the costs involved, nor about the fact that this procedure is not covered by statutory health insurance. If I had known more about my legal situation, I would have refused payment. What fraudsters!
