::Dear Sir/Madam, I did buy two second-hand cars from you're store, a BMW 5 series (525d xDrive) and a 3 series (320d xDrive), two weeks ago. I was so excited for my decision to buy directly from BMW Niederlassung and not to go to other BMW dealers. Why? Because you did promise high quality of the car delivered, even if it a second-hand one, you did promise that the car sold is checked in your specialized service, repairs are done if needed, and the buyer will receive the best. And of course, this came with a higher price than any other BMW dealers. Right? I did receive my cars one week ago, in Romania - Timisoara. Unfortunately, I was so disappointed. Why? 1. The 525 had so used braking pads on the front wheels that I can barely drive the car. The noise and behavior for the car when I pressed (at 50 km/h) the brakes were unimaginable. And, on 30 degrees outside, I wanted to start de AC. No, not such a good idea, this was completely unfunctionally (the car has no Freon in the AC installation). 2. The 320 came with winter tires (severe used) … Really? In JUNE, you sold me a car with winter tires? And can you imagine why I asked for winter tires to but separately??? And you even made me an offer for 280 € for a complete set of winter wheel. But, at least I have some AC in this one, not as it should be thought. Ok I said, we are humans, we can make mistakes, let’s talk. I was so sure I can take this back to the seller and have a solution, they are BMW, right? … Well, no, no answers nor solutions for these little problems for a company like BMW, big problems for me (high cost). I have to repair this from my pocket. These being said, people, if you buy cars from this BMW Niederlassung Saarbrücken, please be more careful than me. Ask all the questions. Me, I will never buy anything from those guys. You should be ashamed. Your promise was broken! Regards, Cristian Serbanescu

::I had the pleasure of working with Kay Bechtold in the BMW service/parts department. He is very knowledgeable about all the BMW navigation systems. The one recommended to me is the right one for my vehicle and it works great. I will highly recommend BMW Saarbrucken and Kay in particular to anyone in the area. They are awesome :)

::Freundlich und correct. The R1100S of my brother in law was defect. They quickly diagnosed the damage and offered great help. The workshop chef and the salesperson of the motorrad department were helpful and tried to soften the unpleasant situation for us.
