::I have only been a customer of BMW Bank for 11 months and have been very positively surprised so far. The written communication is absolutely exemplary!!! Thanks to the BMW bank. That's why I'm rather surprised at the many negative reviews on this site. But what I can understand as a criticism is why the "vehicle registration documents" are still sent by post without "registered mail", as some customers report here on this site. On the other hand, each vehicle registration document can be applied for again. So there are worse things.

::UPD: I will post an answer to the bank's reply as an update to this review. 1. Firstly, there is no link, there is a Referenznummer. And no, it's no longer valid. The screenshot was sent on July 29 to the identity tm support and the messages to them were forwarded to the bank customer support. 2. Secondly, yesterday the bank customer support informed me by email that I need to restart the whole application process for the account ("Sollten Sie eine fehlerhafte Angabe auf Ihrem Kontoeröffnungsantrag (z.B. Geburtsdatum, Geburtsort, Vornamen oder Anlagebetrag) gemacht haben, muss der Antrag erneut mit den korrekten Angaben gestellt werden"). So if there really was a misunderstanding, I guess you are causing now even more of it, posting here contradictory instructions. 3. And finally, in Einwilligung in die individuelle Kundenkommunication I have explicitly not agreed to being contacted by phone, which you ignored. ----‐------------‐---------‐-------------------------------- I have a huge question to the bank choice of service partner for carrying out the identification process, namely, identity TM. Can you guys agree between yourselves, what exactly do you want to see in the field Geburtsort from your customer — a city, or a country name, taking into account, that you do ask both for Geburtsort and Geburtsland on your website, and the identity TM sees only Geburtsort field during the verification process (that I was said), but is expecting for some reason to see the Geburtsland there, and declares my verification as failed for this reason. For talking to them on the phone I need to provide them an Anftragsnummer, that, according to them, you had sent me per email (in the only email from you there is no information whatsoever under the name of Auftragsnummer). So if it's your way of cutting costs, congratulations, looks like you are getting successful approaching your service partner's 1 star level in Google ratings.

::Everything goes fine until you have a problem with the leasing. In this moment, the customer service disappears. I sent two messages through Mein BMW Financial Services no answer after three weeks. I call and I get different answers every time. They send me to the dealer and the dealer sends me to the bank. Disaster
