  I was driving from UK through Europe to reach Poland. My car started to overheat so I took first exit which was Shell station on A2 just outside Braunsweig (Brunswick). Early morning when engine was cool I put a liter of coolant but I lost it after it overheated again so I left my car at Block Am Ring. After 8 hours and few hundred Euro lighter I had new coolant pipe. After I left the service I reached motorway exit on to A2 and it happened again. This time I got towed off. Next morning I towed the car back to Block Am Ring. 8 hours and another few hundred Euro later with a new water pump it happened again. That was Friday evening. Jumped on the train to reach Poland. Today I received a phone call informing me there's going to be additional cost for thermostat which was probably the first thing they should have changed according to my sources. So I said I won't pay a cent more and if the car is still broken I'll tow it down on my expense. And still no answer. Not very professional is it? In conclusion I paid a lot of hundreds Euro and still don't have working car after several days.
