::Move from Munich to Berlin - 50 sq. m. apartment Very happy with my move done by BlitzLine logistics. Everything was very punctual. The workers picking up and delivering were experienced professional movers, very friendly guys. No damage whatsoever, everything arrived safe, The company was very flexible and accommodating with my ask to change the delivery date at a very short notice - I needed delivery to happen 5 days earlier than planned - and they kindly delivered it without any extra costs. The company kept my things in their storage for 2 weeks after pick up - storage quality was good, no issues with it. The communication process was flawless, great customer service. So overall very satisfied with my move, BlitzLine made it easy. Can only recommend.

::2 trucks were promised, one came. The employee told me the other one would be "broken". I sent the company a precise furniture list with cubic meters before the move. Two of the three employees spoke German only modestly, the third not at all. Communication was accordingly difficult. The employees also didn't seem to know exactly where they were going. They asked us how long do you drive. Now it was 140km with this move. In order not to have to drive twice, the employees naturally tried everything to get all the furniture into the truck. For this, cabinets were dismantled, which caused damage to them. More about the damage later. The truck was loaded and unloaded several times because the employees didn't want to have to drive twice. It took 6 1/2 hours until the truck was full !!! For comparison: on the same day another family moved in the same house. The moving company started at the same time and the truck was the same size. After 3 hours it was full and the furniture was on its way. At this point it was already 1330. The company told me that all furniture would be loaded by 1200 at the latest. Since we had 1200 apartment handover on the same day, this turned out to be correspondingly difficult. So at this point in time all the furniture was put in the hallway. When the company set off in 1330, a good 30% of our items had not yet been loaded. So these remained unguarded while we drove to the new apartment. At that time we had complete confidence in our neighbors, but other people also have access to the hallway. The furniture arrived in the new apartment in 1600. This means that the employees have already been at work for 9 hours. Unloading also took another 2 1/2 hours. I phoned the person in charge and described the situation to him. We agreed on a 13% reimbursement. The remaining things were loaded into the truck by the employees on the return trip from Hasuflur and taken to their warehouse. The staff probably had a 15 hour day. The next morning at 0800 the last 30% were delivered. When unloading, an employee discussed the price reduction with me for 30 minutes. He would have to pay for it out of his own pocket. He said "normal people take € 50". I asked myself whether that happens more often, since he apparently has experience with it. It then stayed at 13%. A ceiling lamp in the hallway was damaged while unloading. Now for the damage. I documented these with photos and made them available to the company within 7 days. The company replied: 1. The damage was already there and the staff would have told us that. (Of course we had broken mirrors on the wall ...) 2. All damage must be reported within 24 hours. Re 1 .: We were not told anything and the employees did not document anything To 2.:35 cubic meters to check in 24 hours if 30% of the things are not delivered until 24 hours after the moving date is difficult and not proportionate. The company refers to §451 HGB I spoke with the person responsible to reach an agreement and said that in the other case my legal protection insurance would be claimed. No response for a week. After asking again, no meeting. I then consulted a lawyer. He told me that the HGB does not apply to me as a private person. This is where the BGB applies. The company has to pay for the damage. The procedure is now under way. The company is not only dubious, but also deceives with promises, hides behind paragraphs that do not apply and employs employees far longer than the law here in Germany allows. hands off P.S .: I will add the result with the help of my lawyer
