  Horrible attitude from the saleswoman. We got forced into buying foot oil. I took the foot oil from a shelf where there were only one sample of each product exhibited. The oil bottle was not sealed and I naturally assumed I could try it out. When the lady saw it, she insisted that I buy it (35EUR) because now the oil could not be sold to anyone as the product was damaged by me. She kept on repeating it in a rude manner: "You have to buy it, you have to buy it." In the end we bought it... Now I look at the bottle and wonder how many people had already used my foot oil before me as it was apparently open when I took it (the plastic seal was off, the lid was all oily from inside), something I hadn't paid attention to in the heat of the conflict.

  SEHR UNFREUNDLICHE VERKÄUFERIN, DIE ÜBER IHRE KUNDEN HERZIEHT! BEI DEN PREISEN ERWARTE ICH NICHT NUR QUALITÄT SONDERN AUCH FREUNDLICHEN UMGANG MIT DEN KUNDEN. WERDE DORT SICHER NICHT MEHR EINKAUFEN! Liebes Team um Umsatz zu generieren solltet ihr euch von der Kollegin Bischoff trennen, denn diese sollte nochmal in die Schule um Manieren zu lernen. So etwas freches habe ich in noch keinem Laden erlebt. Wenn wir unsere Firma so führen würden, wären wir pleite....

  Awful treatment. I entered the shop to buy me one pair of shoes and left without anything. Apparently the the woman working there didn't think I was actually going to buy something, so didn't seem to want to give me attention at all. I bought the shoes online because they are really good and worth the price, but I won't be coming back there. Recommend you all do the same.

  staff didn't seem to want to serve anyone, were also turning people away from the store 15 minutes before it closed
