  Yesterday I wanted to buy a present for a friend, I was in a hurry, business was closed despite the fact that the business signs were outside (8: 00-21: 00). I was there 7:40 pm ... The woman at the cash register indicated she was closing now. I pointed out the time and nope. You have lost customers with it.

  Had left today really a little more money left. But I do not let me fool around by the saleswoman. She wiped, I ran extra outside. Unfortunately I had to step into the damp floor to get to the shelf where the chain I wanted to buy hung. Its own fault, if you have to wipe the half-full store during opening hours ....

  Spontaneous visit to a neat and tidy business. Also well attended. Unfortunately, the clerk at the checkout was not very accommodating, snapped our Short 4 year old, not to touch the jewelry designed. No problem . We spent our money elsewhere and will not come back here

  Bought 2 items in Bijou Brigitte in Alexanderplaz today, the bill was 13.59 euro, gave the assistant 50 euro, got back 10 euro and some small change. Told the assistant I was short 20 euro, and she checked and told me I was wrong, even though I did not have a 20 euro note in my purse!!!! Avoid that place like the plague, not nice people. I had to leave, minus 20 euro. Will never set foot in any of BB shops again!
