  I gave birth here February 3,2024. I really like the care that the staff has given me especially the midwife that helped me deliver my 1st born son. I forgot her full name but i remember her first name is Dorota and I guess she's from Polish. Eventhough I waited 6hrs before I was catered properly, I fully understand because my due date is supposed to be February 9th. 😊😇 I hope the food will improve soon. For breastfeeding moms, we need soup. : )

  If you are giving birth around Aachen, here is the clear choice. Very friendly and competent staff, a smiling international team. Kupferstation is very nice and it worths the money you pay (190€/night). Especially the couples who has no experience with babies, you should stay here minimum two nights. You have 24 hours professional care just 30 seconds away from you.

  Extremely bad management for child ward especially when you go at 4rth floor for emergency. You will wait up to 4 hours. Then they will give you one advice and go away. Even if you are alone in ward you will also wait till two hours. Child will more ill after here visit. If you will try to say anything or saying about your sons condition then they will say get out or you will sit as our desire ? I have one question where is humanity? My son vomiting continuely they saw and didnot chicked him. Now after 4 hours at mid night 00.15 hour me and my ill child going to search a new hospital My be we will find a doctor. But I asked once again where is humanity????? A very sad experience me and my son will never forget this. And it's not a first time.

  My wife gave birth to our daughter this month in the hospital. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who is planning a child birth , the staff was very empathetic, friendly and caring . They offered us family room for stay and allowed my 4 year old daughter to stay with us after getting her tested for covid . Overall, we had a wonderful experience .

  The one time i went there, i was treated more like an animal than a human. When the nurse asked whether i had drunk any alcohol prior to my intake into the emergency room, i said one Beer (which is true), yet she STILL insisted that i MUST be drunk. Then, while she was TRYING to put the bandage on, she got a private phone call and took it, while putting a bandage around my arm, ONE HANDED. I decided to help her get the job done so at least someone was willing to help me (sadly that was myself...)
