  Many Thanks! We felt from the first conversation in good hands. The advice was excellent, we were all authorities removed and to the flower order everything was organized. The costs were in no way unnecessarily driven up. Even at the funeral everything went perfectly. Special thanks again to Ms. Pröseler for her empathetic and comforting words.
