  usually this hotel chain offers god quality, but this time I was a bit disappointed. Room was acceptable for 1 night stay, although it was quite noisy from outside. Breakfast was very bad, not what you expect from 4 star hotel. On top it costs 23 Euro and it is too much expensive for what you get there.

  All in all a good hotel for work near the fairgrounds. The rooms are a bit cramped but nice. The breakfast is plentiful with good products. To improve: The reception. Staff not very friendly, location inconvenient. There was always an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. In the room the heating didn't work properly. The evelators are too slow and maybee not enought. High waiting time. The price during trade fairs is too high for this standard.

  Stayed there for 2 nights in early October. The room was good, the location was conveniently close to the supermarket and public transportation. However, the service was very slow. And the housekeeping staff didn't really tidy up the room based on the international standards!! Very disappointing!!!

  Aircon didn't work, and the window was completely shut. Duvets too small and pillows really lumpy. Slept so badly... Flooded the bathroom with the shower. Water and coffee were not replaced when room was cleaned, old cup not taken away. Breakfast is good and so is the bar. Staff polite

  What a wonderful stay! Tim and the other staff were always friendly, helpful and professional. Went out of their way to help on multiple occasions. We had a great night in the bistro on Friday and a lot of laughs with the bar staff and some locals! Tim arranged a room for me at short notice (discounted very reasonable rate) so I could be at the same place as my family whilst we were in Frankfurt. Lovely, clean, comfortable room and I slept very well both nights. Super relaxing, easy, comfortable stay! I would highly recommend both the hotel, but more importantly the staff. Fantastic. Well done all.
