  4.5 Stars! I came from a very long ways - Minneapolis, MN and felt very welcome here. These are not like the Best Western's of the U.S. The quality is more like DoubleTree in my opinion. The staff was so kind and very helpful. They teased me (in a good way) for always accidentally deactivating my key. We also talked a lot about NFL football and they told me how I could watch the games (Pro Sieben channel btw). The gym facilities are fantastic! This is a full gym that includes classes (I did not take), a nutritional shake bar and high quality equipment. The staff at the gym was very kind as well! I did eat at the restaurant one night and breakfast every morning. Prices (in my opinion) were a little high here but the food was above par. My only complaint about my whole stay was the noise - which is really out of the control of the hotel. Come with earplugs! Many people like to talk loudly when the Casino next door closes. The buses are also always passing by due to being footsteps from the Central Station. You are about a 10 minute walk to the old city and 7 minute walk to Neumarkt. The turkish restaurants surrounding the hotel (Bob's Doner & Alabasha) are really good for a quick take out at a low price.

  Pro : Very clean rooms , well behaved and friendly staff. Extremely accessible - close to railway station. Cons : rooms are very small and kind of cramped. For the same price , you can get bigger rooms in Frankfurt not sure why it costs this much in this small city.

  Dissapointed.. We arrived 3 persons Yesterday evening (1 of march 2020) and got a room with an ekstra bed. Good room! The receptionist, a younger man, asked if we wanted breakfast, which we said yes to. We paid 200 € This morning when we checked out, we had to pay 45 € for breakfast! We then told the new receptionist that we paid yesterday, and he just said that it was without breakfast. The breakfast WAS NOT 45 € worth.

  Niche hotel, nice location. Single economic bedroom means really small single room. Otherwise it is typical Best Western standard, so no surprises at all, you know what you can expect.

  Room costs an average of €75 per day, breakfast inclusive. It's just 7 minutes across the Osnabrück main train station. Night check-in was easily available as a receptionist was available @ the front desk. Room was clean & beautiful. Was happy because this was a late night walk in booking. Staff was friendly & helpful plus spoke English. The IBIS hotel we had previously planned on staying @ just across proved problematic with no receptionist with an electronic check-in.
