  My first impression of the hotel is good. Good entrance, lots of free parking places in the street and close to the city center if you want to visit. The WiFi is from time to time not responding and quite slow, but overall good. I got the junior suite room which is slightly bigger with a seat and a small desk. The kettle is in the middle of the desk, which is a bit unhandy. What I really really miss in the room is decent cabinet to stow your clothes away. Only cloth hangers are available. Very annoying if you stay a bit longer then only the weekend. On the fourth floor they have a sauna, but don't worry they have an elevator. The breakfast is good, really nothing to complain. Yoghurt, muesli, lots of different meats, cheeses, smoked salmon, pre-prepared small desserts and some kind of tapas. Good hotel for a weekend or midweek holiday of a short business trip, not for longer stays. Nevertheless, pleasant hotel!

  This is a nice hotel and very cleaned. The staff are kind and very helpful. The foods in the restaurant was okay and delicious.

  A clean and nice hotel, with friendly staff. The concept is really appreciated and supported by me with pleasure. I like this kind of businesses, which help challenged persons to be a part of our society and let them add value with what they can best. The hotel had no air-conditioning but in the night calm enough to leave the window open. Central location to go out in the evening, but the hotel restaurant served well prepared and tasty food. They were in a phase of renovation, but made it as indisturbable as possible for the guests. The rooms are up to date, bathrooms are nice and the WiFi fast. The price is absolutely fine for what you get here. Overall a recommendation.

  I can highly recommend this hotel. The stuff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was very delicious. Just a small minus: it is not easy to get into the hotel from underground parking when you have a stroller with you because of the few stairs. After these you can use the elevator. Also Plauen is a quite nice city :)
