::Hand surgery is absolutely not recommended. I have no objection to the long waiting times of at least four hours for my two appointments as long as I feel well treated at the end. Unfortunately, this was not the case at both hand surgery appointments. You are simply fobbed off by new doctors, and you also have no opportunity to talk to a senior doctor about further treatment. The assistant doctor does all this over the phone with the senior doctor. I can only advise you to drive a few kilometers more and go to the hand surgery department at the BG Accident Clinic Frankfurt. The waiting times for my appointments there were significantly shorter and I felt like I was in good hands. At each of my appointments, the treatment was carried out by a senior doctor and at the end everything was discussed personally with the head doctor.
