::I had forgot my tripod on board, and called the service for help. The lady wasn't helpful at all. She simply asked me to write an email and waited roughly THREE WEEKS for their reply. Ridiculous! Update on 14 Nov. 2016, it has been 6 weeks after my second email to them, no reply at all.
