::The worst service I have ever experienced in a bank. The woman in the anteroom was more than rude to the customers and yelled at everyone. The lady at the so-called service counter could only make appointments and not even print out a form. Thus, the added value from their activities was less than any app offered by an online bank. This bank still seems to be sleeping and does not notice that it is being overtaken left and right by good online banks with significantly better and more flexible service ...

::It is one of the most unfriendly Volksbank branches I know. Uncooperative, unfriendly and not well versed in dealing with customers who have been around for decades. So I think about changing the bank. I can invest my money anywhere

::My friend had to make a transfer at the machine and since she was not aware of how to use this machine, the bank clerk took time for her, was also quite patient, and went through the transfer with her. Big compliments for that!
