::I had forgot my tripod on board, and called the service for help. The lady wasn't helpful at all. She simply asked me to write the email and waited roughly THREE WEEKS for their reply. Ridiculous! Update on 14 Nov. 2016, it has been 6 weeks after my second email to them, no reply at all. Keep my tripod and shame on you!

::Very unreliable. If they don't have online bookings for a certain bus-stop (such as the Berlin airports!), they don't even stop there, leaving any passengers who are hoping to buy a ticket on-board without a ride home. On the phone, their treatment of the customer is proportional to how much they happened to have paid for the ticket, meaning good luck if you happened to have had a discount voucher that brought your ticket down to a few EUR!
