  For my American visitors I rented a beautiful apartment from Berlin Habitat. It was very clean with modern inventory and an amazing view at a great Mitte location. Berlin Habitat has service oriented staff and an office at Rosenthaler Platz. Highly recommended.

  Vam estar a una de les estàncies que ofereixen, la Parview Sepia i no podríem haver fet millor elecció. Es tracta d'un apartament mitjà i amb totes les comoditats possibles per tenir una bona estada. Les vistes al parc són boníssimes i l'ambient molt relaxat i agradable ja que no se sent cap soroll. Situat al barri de Mitte a prop de la Roshental Platz és un bon lloc per poder arribar als llocs turístics ja sigui caminant i amb el metro. A més a més, la zona té molts bars i restaurants a la zona. El dissabte ens vam trobat que van tancar el carrer al trànsit i tothom sortia al carrer, va ser especialment divertit. Totalment recomanable.

  My mother and I spent a week in the Parkview Magnolia and could not have chosen a better location or more helpful hosts. The apartment was perfect and the great location allowed us to walk all over Berlin and to enjoy what is a lovely locale. I'm already planning my return and would consider staying nowhere else. Thanks Stefan and Grace for your hospitality and for rescuing my mother too.

  Eine Ferienwohnung in dieser Gegend ist ideal, wenn Sie in Berlin z.B. einkaufen möchten. Eine Shoppingtour ist von hier wunderbar zu starten: Sie sind in 10 Minuten am Kurfürstendamm, Tauentzien, KaDeWe und Gedächtniskirche
