::Coffee is cold and only tastes like milk, tea stick tastes like it's older than 24 hours. My daughter had to go to the toilet... but helpfulness is probably a foreign concept in the store. Definitely a store I will never enter again. I also recommend it to everyone else.

::Preferably 0 stars. The coffee was subpar. The tea stick and the cheese roll tasted like they were both from yesterday. Not recommended at all!

::Since the last time they got a new one. It's not as good as it used to be. Service is only one star. And that's not just me. First she takes out the tables and chairs. And only then do the customers have to wait. But the buses and trains don't wait. That's why the children don't get sandwiches. Because there is no finished one. The other two women, the older lady and the blonde lady, are great. They do it 🥰👍🏻 no one waits outside.

::Unfortunately, I can only say that the slightly older waitress who sold the baked goods on Saturday mornings was very unfriendly and rude. Even if you have to get up early in the morning, you should be polite and courteous to paying customers in a service business. If there are no poppy seed rolls early in the morning, you can say this in a friendly manner and perhaps point out when they will be ready and whether you should put some back... that would be business-minded staff.... After all, I am also polite asked ......

::So I can't understand the bad reviews. On average, I go to the store about two times a week and am immediately offered freshly greased sandwiches. Personally, I like the rolls better than those from Starke or Garde. For me, the quality and customer friendliness are right, because the employees are super friendly and almost always take the time to exchange a few words.
